Proud owner of Top Flight Home Inspections, PLLC
Born and raised in Corpus Christi and there's no other place I'd rather call home! I currently serve as an 11 year veteran firefighter/ paramedic for the Corpus Christi Fire Department. I have made it my life's work serving the great citizens of this city, and wish to provide my services to you as a Residential Home Inspector, with an emphasis on your safety as my TOP priority!
I've always had a passion of understanding home systems and how they work, and have turned that passion into a career as a Professional Home Inspector. I graduated from one of the nation's leading home inspector training programs, American Home Inspector Training (AHIT), and have successfully passed the National Home Inspection examination. I am also a member in good standing with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA), as well as an affiliate member with the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors (CCAR).
In business since 2016, I have built a solid reputation of professionalism and customer satisfaction by having an unmatched work ethic, true dedication to customer service, and always providing a detailed and accurate report in a timely manner. I pride myself in my ability to effectively communicate the inspection findings with my clients, which allows you to make an informed decision on such an important investment.
Whether you are buying your first home, upgrading, or investing somewhere in between, I understand the importance of purchasing just the right home with peace of mind.
Having your new home professionally inspected by Top Flight Home Inspections, PLLC as early as possible in the buying process could save you thousands of dollars on items that you may be able to have the seller or builder correct.
I am dedicated to providing my clients with the most valuable information about their new investment so an informed decision can be made. I thoroughly inspect all major components of the subject property to expose unknown defects and advise clients about any future maintenance anticipated once the purchase is complete.
Eventually, your buyers are going to conduct an inspection. You may as well know what they are going to find by getting there first. Having an inspection performed ahead of time helps in many other ways, such as:
This home inspection is performed when construction is finished and ready for occupancy, but prior to your final walk through with the builder. You get critical information about your new home prior to closing and it gives the builder time to make any necessary corrections before the purchase is finalized.
